"Exceptional stay at El Massadaya Hotel!"

The hospitality was truly remarkable — warm, welcoming, and professional. My room was incredibly spacious, extremely comfortable, and finished to a high standard. The hotel is also conveniently located very close to the airport, which made my travels smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

"Very comfortable stay"

Very spacious, super clean and comfortable rooms. I really appreciated the option for airport pick up which even though it was more expensive than the normal Uber fare it was great as we landed at 1:30 in the morning so having someone waiting for us already made a huge difference. Good communication with the hotel, very lovely staff.

Clean, comfortable, has all the needed amenities, easy to find, lots of stores and cafes around. I want to specifically acknowledge and thank the Receptionist, Aya (on duty on 26/07, morning), she was exceptionally helpful and kind.

"Great and near to the airport."

I like the stay here. All staffs are friendly and the hospitality was great. Foods for breakfast was okay. The room is clean and the toilet in the room also clean. Got water inside the room for our stay but no iron and iron board so u need to send to the hotel laundry by telling to the receptionist that you would like to send for iron. The iron service was really great , my clothes smell super fresh and nice after the laundry service in the hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel, amazingly spacious room with super kind and helpful staff. I would come back again. Good location if you want to stay close to the airport for a long layover, 5mins by car. Everything was clean and well equipped. Great value for your money.

"Great hotel to stay near the airport with awesome customer care"

It was a nice clean place with a big enough room for the family of 3. The place is very close to the airport.They were able accommodate our late arrival and offered to provide a pack breakfast as we eager to start our tour 7am. Staff is wonderful and great customer service by the front desk.

"Well suprised"

After reading through the reviews, I was not sure about this location. It prooved to be one of the rarest cases when you are surprised in a very good way. Location is literalelly 5-6 minutes from the airport.We arrived at night and our check was done in 5 minutes. Including payment by card They do have 24 h reception. .We were upgraded to a suite. Interior was almost luxury, clean and spacious. My room had two sets of TVs, and a good confortable bed.Good decent breakfast, I cooked my own omlete as the chef was not arround : which was funny and i liked it.I would chose it without any second thought if i had to plann another trip to cairo.BTW, Uber is easy to find there and a trip to airport was like 150 EGP. ( paid extra 5 usd as tip)

Although we were there for only a short time we were welcomed and even given an upgraded suite room. The manager and staff helped us to organize a quick tour before we left for the airport. They were so accommodating and nothing was to much trouble. Beautiful hotel.

"Loved it so much, would highly recommend"

Loved the location of the hotel, it was close to the airport and easy to get around with a taxi.The staff were very helpful, on hand and available to assist. They helped with the best places to go, directed to a salon for a pedicure and a manicure and even accompanied us to the corner shops so we would not get lost. Cannot thank them enough

"It’s well-worth it!"

I just needed a place near the airport to rest for a few hours, and this place had everything I needed at a reasonable price.And one of the high-rates restaurants in that neighbourhood is located just next to the hotel lobby.
